Individual Virtual Therapy in New York & New Jersey

Therapy, and life, are non-linear. In our work together you are welcomed to feel - to feel deeply, express, process, and with time move through your emotions.I truly believe there is not one "school of thought" when it comes to therapy. Each session considers the many dimensions of who you are, from a holistic, whole-person perspective. Many say it, though I really mean this. While sessions include traditional talk therapy, the integration of somatic (body) based approaches is prevalent. My approach is warm, creative, encouraging and safe. I support adults and teens who experience the full range of human emotions, who might be struggling with perfectionism or self-criticism, are navigating friendships, dating or family dynamics, or want to prioritize personal values and personal lifestyle with career or school.Whether you are dealing with recent stressors or want to process and find relief from old patterns, I will hold a supportive and compassionate space for growth, understanding and self-development. From high schoolers, to college students, to highly-motivated professionals in a time of transition… I’m here for you.I'm an advocate for mental health (brain health), self-care, and finding a life-work balance. I’d love to connect with you for a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we’re a fit!
