Amanda utilizes a holistic and somatic approach to mental health care as an NYU and USC trained therapist. She has studied, practiced & incorporated yoga into her life since she was a teenager and embarked on her first yoga teacher training in 2009.

Inspired by and trained in various healing modalities, Amanda intuitively combines ancient practices with modern therapeutic approaches.

In our sessions, we don’t just talk about what’s on your mind — we tune into what your body is holding too.

A somatic approach to therapy includes practices such as breathwork, movement, resourcing, and grounding techniques. You’ll explore ways to access calm, release tension, process stuck emotions, and deeply reconnect with yourself.
